I have been taking for 9 days now. In fairness i have also started to eat healthier and les alcohol, so i have seen a marginal difference in inch loss which i am happy about. I am certainly sure that they have decreased my apetite which is rare for me so this is a huge positive and do believe this is down to the supplements. Main issue for me which is not normal is i haven’t been going to the toilet each day much despite taking the 4 acai and 2 colon cleanse. Concerns me slightly as the tabs should have opposite affect. i am not bloated too much but conscious i am actually not ‘unloading’. When i do, its not much. sorry to be frank but was anticipating opposite. I do feel well and not so low as sometimes get depressed but again not drinking much alcohol.
I am hoping its just getting used to them and adjusting food intake which may have had this affect……in to week 2 so looking forward to seeing how things are after 1 month. If nothing else, they actually made me stick to my own diet as i have paid for the tablets and so not sure if its my diet thats done trick so far.

I have done no exercise and eating the same as usual, a mix of good and bad foods. So far so good but found it quite hard getting to sleep last night and I am not taking anywhere near the suggested 4 caps a day dosage – in fact I am taking one Acai extreme cap and 3 Acai pure 600mg caps a day. But it is repressing my appetite very well

Ok I’m back- To tell the truth this acai extreme and inner colon cleanse made absolutely no difference at all. Ok I’ve been taking these since Monday evening now (It’s Thursday today)I have also been eating a lot healthier for two of my meals (breakfast and lunch) and eating normally in the evening. In the morning I have been eating only fruit for example this morning I had 1 orange, 2 yellow plums and 2 kiwi fruit and plenty of water, to be honest I feel full even now 11.00 when I ate them at 07.15. Yesterday for lunch I had baby spinach watercress and rocket salad topped with red and yellow peppers with pomodoro tomatos and pilchards in tomato sauce sprinkled with sunflower seeds. Evening meal I had some lamb with rice and a japanese tofu dish on the side with which I had my 2 evening acai capsules.

I woke up this morning really feeling very energised at 06.38 and tried to get back to sleep but felt so good that all I wanted to do was get up and have my fruit and get ready for the day. Had my breakfast got the kids ready took them to school and then went for a 20 minute run during which I felt great, much better than normal.

I came home got ready for work and then cycled in, normally after a run I feel pretty good as my muscles are already warmed up etc but a little tired cycling in but today I really felt fantastic and was powering along at some points without feeling tired and breathless as I normally would. I guess what I’m trying to say is that I never ran out of steam on the final leg of my cycle as I normally would. I’m now sitting at my desk wishing it was lunchtime so that I could go out for a walk. Now I’m sure it’s not all down to the Acai but I’m positive the increased stamina performance levels are for sure. As I say I’ll try and keep this going and give as good an account as I can.

hie, have been using pure acai berry frozen for two weeks on and off. I cant really say have had much resultd with it.i have nocticed im not eating as much as i used to, dont finish my meals at all, feel bloated or full with just a cup of coffee. The side effects, well havent been to the toilet for three days, seriously constipated, pain in the lower abdomen and slight headaches. i take 4 capsules a day and dont any exercises at all apart from running after my two yr old and walking him to school which is about 15-20 minutes walk four times a day and twice a week so yeah will keep you updated. i must say i can fit into size twelve clothes now when i was a 14 so will see, will keep u posted.

I came here to look at all the Health Spark Reviews and finally decided to buy some.
In the end I bought the Acai Extreme and Inner Cleanse for about £35 and they came about 2 days later – decent postage when it’s snowing and all mail is delayed!

I generally eat protein to lose weight and cut out carbs, as I always feel very bloated when I eat carbs and feel amazing when I eat mainly meat and veg. I also tend to drink about a litre of water a day but have slipped up in the past few months as work has been a little slice of hell!

I admit, I am over weight and have been for the past 8 years as I made the mistake of working in McDonalds and actually ate the food everyday (pay was bad and I wasn’t willing to fork out for more food!).

I am short – about 5’4 and weighed in at 14st 6 before I started taking these pills and I am now 14st 2 5 days later – taking into account that this may just be the inner cleanse sorting itself out, I have been drinking at least 2 litres of water a day, but not eating that much differently than usual.

I do feel a lot less bloated and feel a lot better in my stomach region which is a great relief as this is my problem area and I have been a lot less hungry – I don’t tend to eat sweet snacks or lots of junk food, but I do like well cooked home meals and have large portions, so as I haven’t been as hungry I haven’t needed larger portions and my stomach has shrunk as a result as I don’t feel the need to eat to access as I may have previously. This is a major bonus for me

As for the energy boost, I’m not feeling that greatly – but I haven’t been to the gym in about a month – so I may start making regular visits again now and see what happens. I am quite muscular as when I do work out I tend to spend more time on weights than a treadmill or cross trainer because I enjoy the challenge – this does not help my weight, I can tell you!

I would fork out again for these pills just to help out with my stomach as it has made me a feel a hell of a lot better than I was before.
I do understand these work differently for different people but I would say give it a try- there are worse ways to lose £35, but make sure you drink plenty of water!

I tried the acai berry and I got a good energy boost from it which helped me getting motivated at the gym and replaced the lack of sugar drinks and food that I had cut out for my diet. But I tried the acai extreme the 2nd time and must say if you are gong to try anything try the acai extreme, it gives you a much better buzzzz. Been using this Acai for a month now, have lost a few pounds along with a healthy steady diet. Iv dieted before and not had much weight loss but since i have been on this diet along side the acai berry i have lost double the amount of weight. I think acai berry definitely helps for weightloss but i also dont think its a miracle pill.

HI all, Have been taking the acai berry tablets for a week now, I didn’t change my diet at all as I have lost half stone on my own but then my weight started to level off. I read alot of reviews and thought this might give me the boost to help get me loosing weight again. Unfortunatly I haven’t had any of the the positive effects that I thought I would. I haven’t noticed any extra energy and have actually put on a couple of pounds since I started taking it. And in the mornings I have felt bloated and had stomache cramps. I think it has also stopped going to the toilet regularly!

Definatly not the miracle tablets that some places claim it to be! I guess like everything it works differently for differnt people. But you do have to put in hard work of your own to get any real results!

Hi guys, I said I’d check back into let you know how I was getting on, so here’s my update. I’ve ordered again from Healthspark, as it always seems to arrive next day, and the results have been great.

I use Acai Berry because it’s a great anti-oxidant, and I’ve found it’s given me a great energy boost. I’ve kept eating normally, but it’s made my workouts last longer, and I’ve worked harder. The result has been less fat, and more muscle. At first, I lost shed loads (used it with colon cleanse), but now it’s just helping with tone.

I’ll be using it regularly, that’s for sure.

I dont know about you guys but at first i was very wary about buying this acai berry, but then i realised hay its just a fruit! Iv been taking acai smoothies made from Sambazon acai powder and also Healthsparks acai berry tablets. Iv also been jogging once a week after work and eating healthy, i admit i should diet as i am short and weigh 14 stone but i just love food, so iv stopped the junki and am just eating healthy food but big portions, which i think is okay…. any how i have lost 1 stone in 2 months and its not been hard to be honest. I have been a loyal customer with Health Spark and have had excellent service from these guy’s. Let me start by dispelling the myth that the acai berry is the ultimate weight loss answer to all who take it.

First I am taking Acai extreme and colon cleanse, and the way these products work is buy increasing overal energy, supressing your hunger or the need to snack and by keeping you colon clear.

Do not buy these products if you are looking for a quick fix to answer your weight issues, instead buy them to help you attain weight loss over a longer period of time.

First look at your intake in foods like bread, it takes about a month to rid your body of all traces of it so stop as soon as possible. Second eat more fruit and veg. Third drink lot and lots of water, hydration is the key to supressing your hunger and keeping you regular.

After around two weeks you will see really positive results and this should push you to start excersing regularly and after a month you will be very happy with your results.

Please remember this, if you dont feel hungry when taking these products dont eat, just grab some fruit and you will be laughing.

So now to my results, a month ago I weighed myself and came in at 108.9kg and today I now come in at 103.1kg, yes in a month I have lost a stone in weight.

This is due to the berries doing there bit but me doing my bit too and that is the right way to use these products.

Hi, I am seriously considering purchasing the Extreme Acai berry supplements for my husband as he needs to lose approx 3 to 4 stone. Can anyone tell me if this supplement should be avoided if taking Warferin heart tablets – he had a heart by-pass op approx 15 months ago. well its been a week now n i have to say as many on this site says that it has made them energetic n had a remarkable weight lose …..well to be honest i have not felt any extra energy at all……..initially i even had bloating n weird stomach cramps but that did settle down after a few days …….and i have to say initially i was eating as i normally did but didnt notice any weight lose at all ……………..so i made myself go to the gym 3 times this week and run on the treadmill for 30 min mini and i did not have any extra energy at all as many say here infact when i took the tablet just before going to gym i had palpataions ………..so i would strongy recommend not to talk it before going to the gym………and i have to cut my calories down as well……….

i have noticed 3 pound weight lose this week but i dont know if its because of the tablets or just my working out and contolled eating ………

i guess what i would say is that acai is no weight melting tablet as many of us would like it to be but i guess it gives metabolic rate a slight boost ……and i guess if u excercise and count all the things that r going into the mouth then it might make the scales move slightly here or there………..:)

I am very sceptical about these fad type products, but after reading all the great reviews on here I had to try them for myself. I’ve been on Acai Extreme and Detox for two weeks (unfortunately 2 childrens birthday parties have fallen within this time so lots of all the wrong food and not as much exercise as normal) but I’m pleased to say I’ve lost 4lb and 2 inches off my boobs, tummy, hips, bum and legs (2lb each week and total of 10 inches). Hi Maggs, I got my Acai Extreme Slim detox pack in the middle of January. I started with the detox for a couple of days, and then took 4 Acai Extreme’s a day. I took 2 before a brisk 40 minute walk every morning, and the other 2 in the afternoon. Apart from that I’ve eaten normally (3 meals a day, no snacks). I’m Jon and I’m a reasonably serious competitive swimmer (been doing it for about 7 years), amateur boxer and now avid gym member. I’m 19 and at University.

There’s the background information. Being in shape already the Acai Extreme and colon cleanse was to try and help me lose the last last last layer of fat on me and build some more muscle.

Before buying these I was hitting the gym 4 times a week and swimming 7/8 hours a week and boxing for about 3. I used to ache a fair bit after the gym but I think with the Acai the anti oxidant properties have stopped that, and the biggest difference I have noticed is my skin is now becoming clear of any spots. I have noticed bigger viens in my arms and shoulders are developing too. Whether this is due to the Acai aiding it or just the weight lifting. Leg strength has shot up though.

I can’t comment on the extreme weight loss this is supposed to produce since I was not overweight by any stretch of the imagination. I think I am slimmer around the sides though where the principle undesirable fat was though. Results are not going to be fast showing on me though since I don’t have much to lose.

Not sure about the effectiveness of the colon cleanse on me personally since my diet is very carb. orientated, pasta mainly.

Think I am slowly slimming down though, and it does seem! to have sped up with the Acai.

I am 5’10′ and weigh just under 12 stone. Taking 3 Acai Ex. and 2 colon cleanse a day, at different times.

Hi All, very interesting, however I started my own diet last week cutting down my calorie intake by 1/2, so just 900 calories per day with light exercise on my wii and i’ve already lost 2 lbs in weight, 1 and 1/2 inches off my waist and 1/2 inch off my hips in one week. I would like to try this product, however I think I should carry on with my diet for another couple of weeks and see how I get on. Hi all! I wrote last on the 2nd Jan 2010 (a week ago) which was the date I started taking my “Acai Extreme slim and detox”. I’ve only been taking it for a week now. I have not been excersising but I have been eating very sensibly and prior to buying the pills I’ve been on a healthy diet for 5 months. I have tried to measure myself, but its hard, so I cannot say if I have lost any cm, forget inches! But my stomach looks slightly smaller and it looks like I have lost 1/2 Ibs when I checked the scale this morning. Hi all! I just ordered by “Acai Extreme slim and detox” package! Its basically the ‘Acai Berry’ (120 capsules) and the ‘Inner Cleanse Colon & Detox Support’ (60 capsules). I ordered it on Wednesday 30th Dec 2009 and had it delivered on Saturday 02nd Jan 2010, so delivery was quick considering the mad postage rush and it being the end of the year!

Hi Rebecca – was just about to leave my own feedback and thought id try help you out, Iv been taking the Acai Extreme for 2 weeks know and feel more energetic and awake. Iv had no stomach pains from them. Normally protein shakes and a lot of similar products like that give me stomach pains but iv had none what so ever from the acai product. I don’t think you can get any side effects because its just a berry in powder form ???? Unless you were allergic to that berry.

i don’t know if i should order from this site because although it sounds promising, no one has mentioned any side effects or if they had a sore stomach while on them. i got the free trial one (before realising it was a scam) and they always gave me a sore stomach but i did loose a few pounds and had lots of energy. but these one’s are very expensive and i don’t want to waste my money if they aren’t worth it.

I ordered the acia extreme and they arrived within two days which was fantastic. i have been taking them for nearly a week now and havent noticed much difference but after reading all the reviews i know i need to be alot more patient.

I will say though that i dont take my last tablet at night because of the caffine it makes it hard to sleep. I have found healthspark to do exactly what they say on the tin and i would def use them again.

Iv tried the Acai and the Acai extreme, id highly recommend the Acai Extreme over the normal acai as you get results quicker. Both helped me lose weight but i lost more when taking the extreme version.

Hi Zaid, i had a similar effect the first day or two but then remembered i wasn’t drinking enough water. You need to drink at least 2 liters of water a day to help flush the system out. Flush them pounds away let me know how you get on, i am losing weight weekly

Hi, started on the acai extreme and colon cleanse 3rd day and so far only experience constipation which was not expected. Will review again in a week, do however feel more energized which could be a by product of the caffeine.
