I’m going to give this an overall 4* rating. I’ve still not found a better source of acai berry than HealthSpark’s but it does cost a lot. You here a lot of people moaning that it doesn’t work. You’ve got to remember that it’s not an overnight miracle worker. I’ve taken Acai Berry 750mg pure freeze dried for nearly a year now. I take it before light exercise every day and as a result I’ve lost 15kg of weight and it’s stayed off. Obviously, if you do no exercise you can’t beat the laws of physics!

I LOVE this product. Really fast delivery and I’ve been buying multi-buys, so get really good prices! Don’t be fooled by cheap imports – this is a high quality product that gives you a definite buzz. I use it just before an evening walk and I hit my target weight in just 2 months. Now I’m using it for maintenance which is important with all the Pinot Grigio I’m drinking!! Good luck xx

Hi all
I have been taking for 9 days now. In fairness i have also started to eat healthier and les alcohol, so i have seen a marginal difference in inch loss which i am happy about. I am certainly sure that they have decreased my apetite which is rare for me so this is a huge positive and do believe this is down to the supplements. Main issue for me which is not normal is i haven’t been going to the toilet each day much despite taking the 4 acai and 2 colon cleanse. Concerns me slightly as the tabs should have opposite affect. i am not bloated too much but conscious i am actually not ‘unloading’. When i do, its not much. sorry to be frank but was anticipating opposite. I do feel well and not so low as sometimes get depressed but again not drinking much alcohol.
I am hoping its just getting used to them and adjusting food intake which may have had this affect……in to week 2 so looking forward to seeing how things are after 1 month. If nothing else, they actually made me stick to my own diet as i have paid for the tablets and so not sure if its my diet thats done trick so far.

Hi, I bought the Acai Extreme & Inner Cleanse combo pack from Healthspark 2 months ago. Since then I have lost 10 pounds. I have done no exercise and eating the same as usual, a mix of good and bad foods. I’m going to the toilet 2 times a day which is more than usual, but I believe this to be the reason of why I have lost so much weight. I actually prefer it now as before I was blocked up. Probably why my belly looked fat. Any way I would highly recommend this product for any one who is looking to lose weight naturally and fast.

So far so good but found it quite hard getting to sleep last night and I am not taking anywhere near the suggested 4 caps a day dosage – in fact I am taking one Acai extreme cap and 3 Acai pure 600mg caps a day. But it is repressing my appetite very well

I have been taking the Acai 750mg and colon cleanse for 6 weeks now. I have lost 5 pounds. I didn’t start seeing the benefits until the 3rd week. But have lost 5 pounds over the last 3 weeks. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to lose weight, but try it for at least a month and make sure you take it every day!

Ok I’m back- To tell the truth this acai extreme and inner colon cleanse made absolutely no difference at all. Even started to do some exercise with it – noenergy boost either?and had the same results as if I wasn’t taking any supplements so it may work for some but hey, waste of money for me I’m afraid but we gotta try haven’t we eh! I have started to do excercise 3 times a week and I walk alot and the weight is coming off- by the way I am no longer taking the pills! and have gotten better results than when I was so that answers the question for me personlly- there is no quick fix or magic pills we can take- it’s really down to healthy eating and exercise- less calories in- less turns to fat and if you do exercise as well that’s a bonus and it tones u up too-the more you do them the better results you get…works for me this way.. Dad agrees and he’s a Doctor ! Just be sensible..Good Luck guys….
