0What about the new hype on Beetroot ? is this superfood list up to date ? Also i thought Maqui Berry was the new Acai Berry! but better!

0There is so many superfoods these days, so i like to eat a varied 5 a day! I must say out of this list the only ones i eat in my diet is Spinach, but i do take Pomegranate and Acai berry capsules every day to make up 2 of my 5 a day! Does any one know if this is an okay replacement to my 5 a day ?

0Dark chocolate ??? hmmm interesting, i think Acai berries are definitely a super food iv been taking them for about 4 months know and im positive its helped my immune system stay strong and fight off colds etc. I haven’t been ill in months and i use to get colds etc regularly. I also drink cranberry juice, surprised they don’t make the list.
