We’re often asked what’s the difference between an extract ratio and Pure Acai Berry. This article is designed to tackle what is often a confusing subject.

You’ll often see Google Adwords advertising 1000mg and sometimes even 2000mg Acai Berry capsules. This claim is somewhat misleading, as a 2000mg pill would be virtually impossible to swallow!

So, what you’re really getting is a 500mg pill, but it’s an extract of Acai Berry, which has been concentrated. It’s a bit like Orange Squash, add water, and you’ve got a litre of orange squash.

The problem is that extracted Acai Berry is not the same quality as Pure Acai Berry (is concentrated Orange Juice as good as pure Orange juice?). The process of making an extract washes out a lot of Acai’s powerful anti-oxidant capability.

Acai Berry Extract is a cheaper and inferior product, but regretably it’s being sold as a powerful version of Acai Berry. With pure acai berry, as usual, nature’s own proves to be best for the human body.
